As most of you know, China has been producing student level instrument for years, many of them on a low level.  But, during the past few years, the quality has been steadily rising.  Now, with strict adherence to quality control, a fine quality of instrument can be had.

My Service

Thru this website, I sell hand selected cellos from our inventory of Sam’s Strings cellos.  Because of my background as a professional cellist and of an educator, I am able to select and describe great sounding/looking instruments and help match the right cello with the right player.  All of our cellos are given a professional setup, with Despiau Bridge, Larsen/Spirocore strings, as well as spending effort to insure each cello is a joy to play, and not an effort because of uneven fingerboards, sticky pegs, and tuners that don’t turn!  Plus, who else demonstrates cellos with videos of 4 octave scales on the internet? ;)

Who am I?
